Engineering at OH-SO holds two crafts at once: mastery — the depth and current expertise to build things properly — and multiplication — the tooling and AI leverage that scales that mastery beyond any one engineer. Our engineering isn’t a separate manifesto — it’s those three values, said in our dialect. The patience to explain and the joy of watching other crafts ship is lots of love.
